Internet Explorer 7 (Beta) - Review

I’m taking IE 7 Beta out for a test drive and it’s pretty decent. It was a mild pain to get it going initially… two reboots and about it took 2 to 3 minutes for the browser to open initially… but now that it’s going it’s pretty cool.

my fav feature is the quick tabs preview… it gives you a mini preview of all the tabs you have open. I also like that it gives you multiple start pages… you still have one main one but you can easily switch to a few other secondary start pages with ease. Oh, and this is the most stunning for a Microsoft product… it let me switch the default built in search box to Google with no problems what so ever… like 2 clicks and I changed the default search from MSN to Google.

So far so good…
