Night Train - Good Times, Maybe Not

I was having a flashback moment to 1987 while listening to Guns n’ Roses Appetite for Destruction and so being the nerd I am I decide to do a search for Night Train to see if I could find a funny desktop background… but what I found was funnier...

This guy, and friends set off for an innocent night of poker and stopped by some random liquor store and found not only Night Train Express but Brass Monkey (made famous in the beastie boys song of the same name) and Alize (all street wine classics) and decided it would be a good idea to buy all of them.

Anyway, needless to say, they had fun. My favorite line…

“Needless to say I don’t remember much after wards. I played horribly at poker that night, lost everything, and had an epic hangover the next day.”

Classic.

Yo man, that was a fun night. Thanks for mentioning my blog. I just moved to NY so I’m looking around for some night train for my buddies. If you are in San Diego, the liquor store I mentioned is in Mira Mesa on Mira Mesa Blvd.
