Look closely at the specs:

Nokia 7710 was a topic in my last post. It tied into my theme because it shows how easily one can gain exposure for a product within a RSS distribution context. It applies to any product or services even some of the most competitive like Casinos, Gambling, Web Hosting, SEO, Online Dating, or anything. But the catch is that the visibility is limited to a very short time frame.

To stay at the top one needs a continuous flow of relevant information about the topic. One needs to post constantly. It’s why I see the future of sales positions to be as marketing bloggers. As they write about the topic they gain exposure. With the exposure they gain leads. The main significance to this is that the web as a marketing vehicle is not entering a new stage. This new stage is an active rather than passive stage.

What I mean by this is that previously people would build a site, fund a “Pay per click” campaign, and wait for leads. In the future top marketers will write for rankings not buy them.

It’s an interesting thought. Not as cool as the Nokia 7710 of course.. ;P.. but still cool because it brings the voices of the people and the company closer together. Imagine a company who hires a team of blog marketers to stay in the top positions for “mobile phones” or “cell phones” or “Nokia 7710″. These bloggers are an active source of client and prospect interaction. They are the point of contact on the web. If you wanted a Nokia 7710 then you could easily read about it and make contact with people waiting and eager to help.

The features sound cool but according to this post it’s an all in one solution but not a very good phone?

Another guy mentioning it because it is in the technorati Top 10.

This guy wants it small, ipod nano small. We’ll it sure ain’t that.

I can’t read this review because it’s in Indonesian. But I think they are saying that the features are nice but the phone is big and heavy. But that’s just a guess.

If you have any questions about the nokia 7710 don’t ask me. It’s way out of my price range for a mobile phone… and from what I hear it’s pretty heavy.
