Yahoo! Mobile - Online Contact Back-up Service

Personally I can’t believe this isn’t a standard service that comes with all mobile phones already. But, nonetheless, at least Yahoo! is doing it.. although it’s only for Cingular and T-Mobile subscribers with SyncML compatible mobile phones. But hey, it’s a start.
